Our Salon Policy helps to ensure that every client who walks through our doors receives the exceptional service they deserve.

Cancellations

At Tilila Hair Design, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to best serve all of our valued clients and to honor the time and dedication of our stylists, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee. We strive to accommodate everyone's schedules and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the highest level of service for everyone.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our TOP priority. While we do not offer refunds on services rendered, we are committed to ensuring that you are delighted with your experience. Should any concerns arise regarding your service, please don't hesitate to reach out to us within ten days of your original appointment. Our team will go above and beyond to address any issues and ensure that you leave our salon loving your hair. Your happiness is our ultimate goal, and we're here to make sure you feel confident and beautiful every step of the way.

Punctuality

Time is very important when it comes to hair! We offer a 15-minute grace period to all clients for their appointments. While we make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, please understand that our stylists may need to reschedule or decline service for clients who arrive after the 15-minute mark. This policy is in place to respect the schedules of both our clients and our stylists, ensuring that everyone receives the exceptional service they deserve without unnecessary delays. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

No Room for Hate

We're committed to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for all. Discrimination, hate speech, or disrespect of any kind will not be tolerated within our salon. We believe in the fundamental dignity and worth of every individual, and we strive to create a space where everyone feels valued, respected, and safe.

As part of our dedication to promoting a culture of acceptance and understanding, we reserve the right to decline service to any individual who engages in discriminatory behavior or expresses hateful sentiments toward others. Our goal is to maintain a peaceful and harmonious environment where clients and staff alike can feel comfortable and appreciated.

We welcome small dogs to join their owners during their visit with us! However, to ensure the comfort and safety of all clients and staff, we kindly request that only small dogs are brought into the salon.

We ask that pet owners take responsibility for their furry friends by keeping them under control and on a leash or in a carrier at all times. Please be mindful of your pet's behavior and comfort level in a salon environment.

Pet Policy

We have wifi! Please feel free to bring your device, tablet, iPad, or laptop with you to your appointment.

We kindly request that all devices be used on "silent" or with headphones during your visit. Our goal is to create a serene and relaxing atmosphere for all our clients, and minimizing noise from electronic devices contributes to this ambiance.
